These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Oentrix Pay (the "Service"), an online platform for holding a wallet balance, adding funds through supported payment methods, and generating invoices and payment links for your own customers.
By registering for an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and to hold and transact with a payment account in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
To use the Service you must register an account with a valid email address and phone number, or sign in with a supported third-party provider (Google). You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date via your Profile/Settings page.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We use secure, HTTPS-only session cookies and CSRF protection to help protect your account, but you also play a role in keeping it secure.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, and not to interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not your own.
The Service allows you to add funds to a wallet balance, purchase plans, and, if you set up a merchant "brand", accept payments from your own customers and issue invoices and payment links.
Funds are added through supported third-party payment methods (such as bKash, Nagad, Binance, or bank/QR transfer). Your wallet balance is credited only after we independently verify the payment status directly with the relevant payment gateway; a payment that the gateway does not confirm as completed will not be credited.
All transactions are recorded with an amount, status, and timestamp, viewable from your Transactions page. We take reasonable technical measures (including unique transaction references) to prevent the same payment from being credited to your balance more than once.
Any fees that apply to a transaction (such as a payment gateway processing fee) are disclosed to you at the time of that transaction. We do not add hidden charges beyond what is shown to you before you confirm a payment.
Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways, which have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or outages caused by a payment gateway or your payment provider.
Because wallet funds and completed payments are used to settle real transactions, completed payments are generally final. If you believe a payment was made in error or a transaction was not completed as expected, contact us and we will review the transaction records and the payment gateway's status for that transaction on a case-by-case basis.
You agree not to use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose; to attempt to manipulate transaction amounts, statuses, or callbacks; to access another user's balance, transactions, or account data without authorization; or to upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, for reviewing your transaction history, and for promptly reporting any discrepancy or unauthorized activity.
If you create a merchant "brand" to accept payments from your own customers, you are responsible for the legality of your own business activity, for the accuracy of the invoices and payment links you generate, and for your relationship with your own customers. Oentrix Pay is not a party to transactions between you and your customers.
The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by or licensed to Oentrix Pay and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.
We aim to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party gateway outages, or technical issues may occasionally make the Service or a specific payment method temporarily unavailable.
The Service integrates with third parties (payment gateways, Google Sign-In, reCAPTCHA, SMS providers). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party's own terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for a user or brand that violates these Terms, engages in prohibited activity, or poses a security or fraud risk. You may also close your account by contacting us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oentrix Pay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses caused by third-party payment gateway errors or outages beyond our control.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where required by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Oentrix Pay harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our registered business address (Cumilla, Bangladesh.), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
